License and Fees is the annual summary of all the saltwater fishing related licenses sold and the revenues generated in the previous year throughout the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf of Mexico Cooperative Law Enforcement Operations Plan 2013-14
The Gulf of Mexico Cooperative Law Enforcement Two-Year Operations Plan maximizes the effectiveness of interjurisdictional and international fisheries enforcement. This is accomplished by identifying priorities, developing comprehensive planning efforts, and conducting Gulf-wide operations. This is a joint effort on the part of the GSMFC’s Law Enforcement Committee (LEC) and the Gulf of Mexico Fisheries Management Council’s Law Enforcement Technical Committee (LETC) to improve enforceability and regulatory compliance through cooperative efforts that enhance, protect, and conserve shared living marine resources and their supporting ecosystems throughout the Gulf of Mexico.
