Gulf of Mexico Cooperative Law Enforcement Operations Plan 2019-2020
The Gulf of Mexico Cooperative Law Enforcement Two-Year Operations Plan maximizes the effectiveness of interjurisdictional and international fisheries enforcement. This is accomplished by identifying priorities, developing comprehensive planning efforts, and conducting Gulf-wide operations. This is a joint effort on the part of the GSMFC’s Law Enforcement Committee (LEC) and the Gulf of Mexico Fisheries Management Council’s Law Enforcement Technical Committee (LETC) to improve enforceability and regulatory compliance through cooperative efforts that enhance, protect, and conserve shared living marine resources and their supporting ecosystems throughout the Gulf of Mexico.

Rules and Regulations: Officers' Pocket Guide 2018-2019
The Officers’ Pocket Field Guide provides the state and federal rules and regulations for both commercial and recreational fishing across the Gulf. The guide is intended for use by resource agency enforcement officers on the water and is updated annually.
